Hang in there Small business besties!

When Sales Are Slow but God Is Still Moving

Let’s be real—running a small business isn’t all cha-chings and sold-out inventory. There are days when orders are light, messages are dry, and your shop feels like a ghost town. And in those moments, it’s easy to wonder, “Did I miss God? Did I mess up? Should I quit?”

But friend, let me remind you of this one truth:

God is still moving, even when the numbers aren't.

I’ve had weeks where I felt like I was shouting into the void—posting, promoting, praying—and hearing nothing back. But I’ve also had quiet days that were setting the stage for big breakthroughs I couldn’t even see yet.

🙌🏾 Here’s what I’ve learned during the slow seasons:

1. God often works in the silence.

Just because you don’t see it doesn’t mean He’s not doing it. Seeds grow underground long before they break the surface.

2. Delay isn’t denial—it’s development.

He might be building you while you’re trying to build a business. That character, that patience, that next level of faith—it’s all preparation.

3. Small doesn’t mean insignificant.

Jesus flipped the world with 12 disciples, not 12 million. Your little shop? It’s already powerful in God’s hands.

4. Faith over feelings.

Sales come and go. God's promises don’t. Even when I feel discouraged, I choose to faith it anyway.

So if you’re reading this in the middle of a slow season, know this:

You’re not behind.

You’re not forgotten.

You’re not failing.

You’re just being fortified.

Keep showing up. Keep speaking life. Keep crafting with purpose.

And when the floodgates open—and they will—you’ll look back and thank God for the quiet days that trained you to trust Him deeper.

Stay the course, sis.

Even now, God is still moving.
